Problem Solving at the Core
1) Antiskid tracks for BMP
The anti-skid track system features a rubberized architecture using high-durability elastomer composites to improve ground grip, absorb shocks, and evenly distribute weight, reducing skidding on rough terrain. A driver-operated T-Type Key mechanism enables dynamic spike deployment—each turn extends spikes by 25%, reaching a 45° angle at full deployment for optimal traction on snow, ice, and loose surfaces. Engineered for seamless BMP integration without structural changes, the system ensures full operational reliability, offers a service life of 5000 km, and can be installed in approximately six hours.
2) Bullet Deflecting Ballistic Helmet
The Bullet-Deflecting Ballistic Helmet is a next-generation head protection system designed to offer superior resistance against high-velocity ballistic threats. Featuring a Dyneema outer shell and modular Kevlar-based hexagonal scales, the helmet is engineered to deflect bullets, reducing penetration risk and dispersing impact forces. Its multi-layered internal structure includes aerogel-infused foam liners for optimal shock absorption and wearer comfort. The helmet meets NIJ Level IIIA and IS 15740:2008 standards, offering elite protection for soldiers, paramilitary forces, and counter-terror units. A frictionless hexagonal architecture enables efficient energy redirection during bullet impacts.
